Who We Are

Our Team

We are a multinational (British, German, Polish, South African, Kenyan) team of mostly relatives and volunteers, working with our partners in Germany and overseas. At time of writing we have two part-time contractors in Kenya, leading Operation Arise. 

Our Mission

Esther’s Heart charity exists to empower people—especially children and young adults—to live lives of fullness and purpose. Through teaching and training, exhortation and example, we encourage people to walk in the footsteps of Jesus, equipping youngsters with the understanding and skills they need to discover their calling and begin making their own unique contribution to society.
